Finca in San Juan del Reparo – Tenerife

Magnificent finca for sale in the quiet village of San Juan del Reparo, located in the north of Tenerife, within the municipality of Garachico. This area stands out for its natural surroundings, its mild climate all year round, and its impressive views of the sea and the island's volcanic landscape. An ideal place for those looking to live surrounded by nature, yet with the convenience of being just a few minutes away from all services. The finca has a total surface area of 1,000 m², of which 450 m² are urban, where the main building is located, and 550 m² are rustic, intended for cultivation and enjoying nature. In the urban section, we find a spacious 100 m² living room, ideal as a social area or for future adaptations, a toilet, and a private garage for 2 cars. In the rustic area, the finca has more than 60 fruit trees already in production: banana trees, avocado trees, plum trees, fig trees, apple trees, pear trees, and a small vineyard, making it a perfect space both for self-consumption and for a small agricultural project. Currently, the finca does not have water or electricity, but since it includes urban land, there is the possibility of requesting both supplies through a declaration of works or a project. A property with enormous potential: perfect to transform it into a primary residence, second home, rural house, or recreational estate in one of the most authentic corners of Tenerife.
